The hotel does not provide room service, however, Serafina Restaurant does provide room delivery. Please call the restaurant directly at 212-595-0092 should you require in room delivery.

We accept cash at checkout but we require a credit card deposit to cover the room & tax charges for your entire stay plus $150 per night to cover any incidental charges. 

We do have connecting rooms. The only room categories that connect are Superior Kings and Deluxe Double Doubles. This is based on request only, please contact the hotel directly to place this request. 

Arthouse Bar: 

Arthouse Bar offers an inviting and lively atmosphere in our vintage lobby. The warm space features a large zinc bar, live music and events on select nights. Join us for one of our creative crafted cocktails in the library - with original faux fireplace - or enjoy the warmer weather on our Sidewalk Café. Grab a bite from our menu of house-made pizzas or other delectable pub fare.Sun-Thu: 5pm-12pm. Fri: 5pm-1am. Sat: 4pm-1am

Serafina offers Northern Italian cuisine: handmade pastas, pizzas, fresh seafood and meats. Choose from breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and dine-in or take-out.

Red Farm: 

Red Farm serves up clean, modern Chinese cuisine and dim sum with a greenmarket sensibility. Drop in for lunch, brunch, or dinner.

Yes!  Space in Manhattan being at a premium, we hold up to 3 parcels at no charge.  After that, it is $20 per each additional three. Please ensure the guests name is on the package to avoid delays  

We provide clock radios in the rooms.

Our ice machine is located on the 12th floor.

We do not, but we can have dry cleaning done for you Monday – Saturday. There is a laundry bag inside your closet with the pricing and pick up time.

We do welcome pets, but there is a fee of $100 + tax per room per stay. Pets are not to be left unattended in the rooms and on hotel property. Guests will be required to agree to Pet Policy and sign an agreement upon check-in. 

• Pets weighing over 75 lbs. are not allowed on the property
• Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in any public area
• Except for service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, we do not permit pets in the lounge/restaurant.
• Emotional Support animals are also not permitted in the lounge / restaurant since they do not qualify as a service animal as defined under the ADA

No.  Each room has its own thermostat unit which is used for cooling and heating.

Our TV's do not have the smart capabilities and do not support streaming or "casting".

All our bedding is hypoallergenic, our rooms include luxury thread count and 100% triple sheeting. You may request a feather-free room from housekeeping. 

Shampoo, conditioner, body gel, lotion, hand soap, facial soap all by Pure brand. Hair dryers, full length mirrors, Keurig coffee makers, bottled water, iron & ironing board. 

Q-tips, shower caps, toothbrush, toothpaste, sewing kit, tampons & pads, universal adaptors, slippers, combs, razors/shaving cream, and electric water kettles.
